What we do
Through Ako Capital, we own, operate, and develop residential and commercial real estate assets across North America, with a focus on where active management can drive long-term performance.
Complementing this strategy, Ako Equity Partners pursues control oriented private equity investments including platform acquisitions and roll-up strategies across real estate services, manufacturing, and digital infrastructure businesses.
Across both platforms, we deploy capital with a focus on scale, operational improvement, and disciplined allocation. Our goal is to generate stable and long term value while protecting against downside risk across economic cycles.
